The reverse features a St George figure on horseback which is trampling a shield representing the Central Powers and a skull and crossbones. A sun is in the background. " 1914 1918 " is marked around the edge of this scene. " 12 / 1020 2 / LT. F.W. WATSON N.Z.E.F. " is inscribed on the edge. The ribbon has a watered orange centre with stripes of black and white at the sides and royal blue edges. The medal is mounted as part of a group of four.

A Victory Medal. The yellow bronze medal features a standing Victory figure on the obverse. The figure is holding a palm branch in her left facing hand and extending her right facing arm. " THE GREAT / WAR FOR / CIVILISATION / 1914-1919 " is marked on the reverse inside a leaf design. " 12/1020 2/LT. F.W. WATSON N.Z.E.F." is inscribed on the edge. The ribbon is a double rainbow colour with crimson on the edges and red in the centre and is fitted with a mentioned in dispatches oak leaf clasp. It is mounted as part of a group of four.

A brown leather covered torch with rounded sides and a small protruding lamp. The base is hinged to give access to the battery. The flashlight is called "This electric battery torch is covered with brown leather and has a box lid secured by a tab and a stud. The lid is shaped to fit over the domed lamp to direct the light downward. The right switch on the top is an On/OFF switch and the other is for signalling. Two belt loops are fixed to the back. A gold plated commemorative medal, awarded to Sister Mary Muir. The medal is shield shaped with a gold ring through a loop at the top of the shield for a chain to be fed through. The front of the shield has text engraved around its edge stating " FOR SERVICE NOBLY RENDERED ". In the centre of the medal on a more silver panel is an engraved image of a nurse in a long uniform and nurse's cape. On the reverse of the medal is an engraved dedication to Mary Muir, reading " A TOKEN OF HONOUR / TO / SISTER MUIR / FROM / Oaonui Residents / GREAT WAR / 1914 - 1918 ". Beneath this engraving is a small indented panel which has the engraving ' W J WESNEY ' who is the jeweller who made this piece. Below the maker's mark is a small indented section with the inscription " 15 CT ".

Name/Title
An Yser Cross. The bronze cross features a male figure barring the way with a lance on the obverse. "17 - 31 / OCT / 1914" is also marked on this side. The reverse shows a Belgian lion, wounded in the flank, on the banks of the Yser. " YSER " is marked underneath the lion. A small integral circular suspension medallion is infilled with green enamel at the top. It bears the obverse inscription "YSER" and a crown and "A" on the reverse. The cross is attached to a black ribbon with a red central stripe. Remnants of green enamel are also evident spread over other parts of the surface.

A cased Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE). The silver gilt medal consists of a cross patonce surmounted by a crown. A medallion at the centre of the cross features Britannia surrounded by the motto "FOR GOD AND THE EMPIRE " The medal is attached to a crimson ribbon by a simple suspension ring and is held in a presentation case with " M.B.E." marked on the lid. " GARRARD & Co. LTD / by special appointment / TO HIS MAJESTY THE KING / A4 ALBEMARLE ST LONDON / DALHOUSIE SQ & CALCUTTA " is marked on the silk lining on the underside of the lid.

The surfaces of the metal are generally charred.

A silver RSA pin badge. The badge is topped by a crown beneath which is a rectangular section with ' RETURNED SOLDIERS ' embossed. Beneath this is a semi-circular section with ' ASSOCIATION ' embossed along the edge of the section, and a red enamel cross in the centre of the semi-circle. On the reverse of the pin is engraved " 22/150 " which was Mary Muir's rank number. Mary was the owner of the badge.

A 1914 - 1915 Star from World War One. The medal is a four pointed star overlaid with two crossed swords which are themselves overlaid with a wreath of oak leaves. In the middle of the crossed swords is a banner with ' 1914-15 ' embossed on the surface. The top of the star is topped by a crown with a loop of metal, which attaches to the medal's ribbon. The ribbon is watered silk with red, white and blue stripes. The reverse of the medal has " 22/150 / SISTER M.A. MUIR / N.Z.E.F " engraved in the surface.
