A group of 11 brass Medical Staff Corps buttons. "VR" is featured in ornate letters at the centre of a star. "MEDICAL STAFF" is written on a circular band within the star design. "BOCCETT & REYNOLDS LONDON" is engraved on the reverse of each button. Three of the buttons have pieces of fabric lodged in the loop on the reverse.
