Proposed architectural plan for the combined butter and cheese factory at Kaupokonui Cooperative Dairy Factory. The plan was designed by architecture firm Rough & Duffill in 1911 after a portion of the Kaupokonui factory was destroyed by fire in 1910.

Sid Bayliss of New Plymouth talks of dairy farming at Parkvale in the Wairarapa and contracting in the region. Moved to New Plymouth as a partner in 'Walkers Auto Services'. When he retired he moved to Matau to help his daughter on her farm. He later moved to Midhurst.
A excellent shot he describes shooting rabbits, deer, pigs and possums in Wairarapa and Taranaki.
He talks about farming activities, describing haymaking using a haybaling machine.
