Name/Title
A sewing kit used in the production of leather items. The kit is made of a rectangular piece of card with two slots cut in the centre. A length of thread is wrapped around the card lengthways and it is secured in place by the thread running through the slots in the card. One rusty needle is attached to the end of the thread.

A box of oil and mineral samples containing five glass bottles. The box is blue with open ended sides where the white card tray can slide in and out. The tray is segmented into five compartments that hold the bottles. From left to right they are "WAIPIPI / IRONSANDS", "MCKEE / CRUDE", "MAUI / CONDENSATE", UREA", and "METHANOL". All the lettering is printed in black on white labels adhered to the bottles. The bottles all are sealed with metal screw top lids. The box cover has "PRODUCTS OF TARANAKI / With the compliments of; / The Taranaki Catchment Commission and Regional Water Board" printed in black on either side of a clear perspex sheeting in the shape of Mount Taranaki / Egmont.

A cypher of Queen Victoria appears in the inside of the top rim, depicting a crown the letters 'V' and 'R' either side of a circle divided into four. Front part of wide body has the remnants of the word " IMPERIAL " stamped on it.

Name/Title

This is secured in place by running the thread through the slots in the card. A curved rusty needle is attached to some finer thread and tucked into the bulk of the thicker thread. The reverse has another two rusty needles tucked into the bulk of the thread.

Name/Title
The commemorative chains of office for the Chairman of the Taranaki County. The chain is hung on a black and yellow ribbon and stored in a lockable wooden presentation box with a plaque that reads " PRESENTED TO THE / TARANAKI COUNTY COUNCIL / BY MRS L.D. HICKFORD 21 - 6 - 74. " The chains feature a circular enamel coloured mountain scene which is raised above a wreath design that encircles it. " CHAIRMAN / TARANAKI COUNTY " is written in enamelled letters above and below the mountain. Names of previous chairmen are engraved on individual name plates on the chain. The presentation box is lined with green flocking and has an alcove in the top quarter which is where the ribbon and the keys are stored when the chains are on display. There is a screw which holds the chains in place for presentation. The box also has a wall mount for security on the bottom centre of the box.

A red cuddly Teletubbies toy named Po. It has an iridescent panel of synthetic fabric on the belly and a firm flocked face with painted plastic eyes and mouth. It is boxed in bright red, yellow, green and purple. The inside of the box is red and includes the name and age suitability recommendation. " TOMY " is printed in blue on the top facing right corner. The black stamped price sticker " $39.99 " partially covers this name. The front of the packaging has animated images of the Teletubbies in various poses. The facing left half of the packaging has been cut out in a rounded shape to allow product display and handling.

A silver plated cake plate with handle. The plate is engraved "To W. M. Falconer, / from Directors of Taranaki Amusements Ltd., / New Plymouth, 9/8/18" on the top of the handle. The plate has a solid, plain centre with a series of cut out repeated patterns surrounding it. The handle is shaped in several places with the base of each side splitting into two halves before connecting with the underside of the plate. "SHEFFIELD / DESIGN / MADE IN U.S.A" is stamped on the underside of the plate rim and "H M C / E P N S" is stamped on the underside of the plate rim, near the base of the handle. "0335" is stamped on the underside of the plate rim.

Central image is of a collection of 3 vases, a bowl and a candle holder. " ETRUSCAN VASES " is marked and on the bottom and " 63 " is also stamped on it. This number has another indistinguishable number and a line above it.
